Diet:

Coffee

Low carb bread, cheese and tomato toastie

Dinner: meat and vege

Snack: Denada ice cream

Exercise:

Two treadmill runs

20mins steady state

60mins: intervals 8kph and 11kph

Time:

Worked 13 days straight.

Time away from home 12-16 hours. Barely enough time to eat and sleep at home.

Plan:

Have a busy week ahead, so I can plan for once a week workout:

Treadmill run: intervals 8.2 and 11.2kph

Weights: pull ups, pull downs, deadlifts, squats, bench. Four sets to failure.

Flexibility: three rounds
