Day 144/300

Third week of recovery after Covid, and the brain fog and fatigue is starting to lift.

I’m back to a heavy weight: 81.5kgs. Covid made me just want to eat comfort food. That craving is winding up now, and I can feel I want to eat clean again.

Plan for this week:

Exercise Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Do weights and then cardio to hit 10 strain.

Flexibility on Sunday.

Start to reduce carbs from Tuesday, and count macros from Wednesday.

Alcohol free wine Tuesday onwards. Staying dry.

Goal: 80.8
